I’m interrupting my regular posts to report that I have a new novel coming in July: Show Game. As a standalone thriller set in the present, Show Game is a new direction for me and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Here’s the cover:
More about Show Game from my publisher:
A mysterious vigilante abducts powerful abusers and exposes them in a twisted “Show Game,” in this psychological thriller by the author of The Preserve.
The pandemic may be over, but the world is not safe for those who prey on the innocent. A vigilante known by the alias “Alex” knows what these transgressors have done. And taking them captive is only the first step toward vengeance. In order to be set free, they must first play the Show Game . . .
A predatory priest, a double-dealing politician, a fraudulent philanthropist—Alex has ways of making them confess, on camera, for all the world to witness. But the Show Game is building toward a darkly personal finale: exposing society’s most notorious and evil abuser.
As Alex gets closer to the main event, investigative reporter Owen Tanaka is determined to unmask the vigilante’s true identity and motive. But when a shocking revelation hits close to home, Owen must decide whether to stop a criminal mastermind’s devious scheme . . . or let the Show Game play its final round.
Stay tuned for more about Show Game later this spring. But first, there’s Lines of Deception coming March 12. There’s a lot going on!
As these books near their release, I hope you’ll consider pre-ordering. Pre-orders help me a ton. They let my publisher and retailers know that readers are interested in the book.
And once the books are out, your reviews help as well. If you enjoyed reading any of my books, please consider leaving a review or rating at your favorite online bookstore. 😊
You can find all my books at my site, my publisher, and your favorite online or physical bookstore.
I look forward to the denouement. The orange man wearing an orange jumpsuit.
This looks great, Steve! Is there perchance a character who happens to be an ex-president playing the Show Game?
